PACKING & UNPACKING

We've got your back when it comes to packing! We understand how difficult and stressful moving can be. Wingmom can help you out by packing your belongings for you. We carefully pack and label your goods so that they are safe and secure for transport. Wingmom can even return after your relocation to assist you in unpacking your new house.

DOWNSIZING & WHOLE HOME CLEANOUTS

Have you ever glanced around and thought to yourself, "What am I going to do with all of this?!?" Are you downsizing and won't be able to take everything with you? Perhaps you're selling a house for someone and don't need the items left behind. We can assist you with EVERYTHING. From the basement to the attic and everything in between, Wingmom provides fast and economical downsizing and clean out services for both private homes and businesses.

FAQs

  • Once you have decided that Wingmom is a great fit for your family we will set you up with an intake interview to go over your specific needs and expectations. Then you will be paired with and introduced to your Wingmom to review pertinent details and the required duties of the service; upon request, this can take place during an in person meet and greet.

  • Wingmom/dad strives to be punctual but your appointment time is an estimated window. Your Wingmom/dad could arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to or after the appointment time and, in this case, will attempt to call you with their eta. If your Wingmom/dad is running more than 30 minutes behind schedule, you can either mutually agree to reschedule or you can cancel your appointment without incurring any additional fees.

  • Yes. Should you decide to add additional jobs other than originally scheduled, we may have to add on additional time, bring in additional staff and/or schedule an additional date. All of these instances will change the original service plan that was created and a new service plan will be provided.

  • In the case of any damages or unsatisfactory works, clients will have a one week window in order to submit a formal review. At that time, Wingdad will conduct an investigation into the matter and do everything necessary to remedy the issue.

  • You are encouraged to order and pick up your own supplies/materials when possible. If you choose, your Wingmom can pick up supplies for you. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details.

  • We have a variety of ways to help with your gently used items. During your intake, make sure to discuss your wishes and we will do our best to fulfill them.

  • Our trusty Wingdad Handyman Services offer reasonably priced dump runs and can even rent a portable dumpster for you. Remember to discuss this service during your intake.
