FAQs

  • Once you have decided that Wingmom is a great fit for your family we will set you up with an intake interview to go over your specific needs and expectations. Then you will be paired with and introduced to your Wingmom to review pertinent details and the required duties of the service; upon request, this can take place during an in person meet and greet.

  • Generally, we suggest the Wingmom(s) arrive 30 minutes to one hour prior to your guests’ arrival. It is recommended that Wingmom(s) arrive earlier if they are expected to help with setup and/or décor, or if they will be preparing food. This can also be discussed during the intake interview.

  • Wingmom excels by focusing only on staffing your private parties or corporate events. We don’t provide food, beverages or party rentals, but we’re happy to refer you to our preferred vendors in your area that provide those services.

  • Wingmom can serve alcohol beverages at private residences to those that are of legal drinking age and they have the right to card anyone they feel may be under age. Wingmom does not serve alcohol in public venues.

  • Wingmom offers party help from setup to breakdown and this includes last minute errands to pick up party related items. Wingmom will not purchase alcohol for your event but can pick up an already paid for order.

Contractors working with children and/or the elderly population have been certified in First Aid, AED & CPR training for infants, children and adults.
